I reached out to Freedom A/C this morning when I woke up and my house was 78 degrees. Within the hour a technician arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. I was pleased with every aspect of the experience. The technician was confident and knowledgeable, honest and transparent. They had the parts on the truck to fix the issue within 30 minutes they had my AC back on. I will have to say I have owned a house for 28 years and have dealt with several contractors. This was the best experience I've had with any. The diagnosis was correct, the price was fair, and the quality was exceptional. I would recommend any homeowner to call these guys for any HVAC related issues they have regardless if they have a service contract with another company or not. Don't find a lot of good contractors like this

Mike and his crew replaced my duct work and HVAC unit and the whole system is working head and shoulders above the old. Very honest and professional and excellent prices. They're also so good about laying out all your options for you to decide what's best for you. I couldn't be happier with them and have been recommending them to friends and neighbors. My ac was messed up and like any other person I called the ac people! When they got there, while correlating with my time, they actually got it fixed in an hour and stayed there until my house reached a good temperature which was 74 from 89!
