Jesse was extremely helpful from start to finish—he explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process stress-free. We had a water pressure issue and they replaced the switch. That fixed the problem temporarily. They had to come back out and said it was the pump. That turned into it was the tank and then they said the well was dry. Our old well was around 150 feet so they had to dig deeper. Our neighbor across the street had the same issue less than a year prior and had a new well put in at 240 feet and paid $6500. They ended up having to go 300 feet and charged us $11,040. Then they took the old pump and parts without asking. When we called to tell them that we wanted it back they said it was at the shop and they would have to find it and when they did we would have to come get it, even though we never told them to take it to begin with.

Jesse and his team with Austin on site are the guys you want when you need it done right. They have installed a whole house filtration system for us and a brand new well. If it’s clean water you want with the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. You need to only call Jesse’s well Service. You will not be disappointed.

This company truly knows the meaning of Customer Service. I awoke on a Sunday morning with no water to the house. After much troubleshooting myself, I assumed it was the well pump. Called at 7am on a Sunday, and Jesse's crew was on-scene in no time. After they troubleshot the system again, they determined it was in fact the pump. Replace 200' of line and pump in no time. I greatly appreciated the honesty they provided and not just trying to sell me a new pump without confirming that was the problem. As a small business owner myself, I always ensure to provide my customers work of the highest quality with honor and integrity. I can truly say it doesn't get any better than Jesse's Well Repair. I will certainly be calling them soon for a new water filtration system for my home.
