Fantastic service. Called on Monday with a dead heat pump. I had a new one fully installed by Wednesday. The installation crew was professional and punctual. Great offi e customer service. I highly recommend Aur Mechanix for your HVAC issues!

My outside unit was frozen solid, called a little before 5 , the technician Scott was out here the next morning about 9:45 diagnosing the problem. Needed a new defrost card a mouse had gotten into the old one and shorted it out. Replaced it the next day before the bad weather hit. Scott was very knowledgeable and communicated excellent with me on all timelines. Very satisfied with my service.

Chris is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly and got my unit back up. He explained everything to me. He is polite and friendly. I would recommend him and Air Mechanix to anyone. Very happy with the service.

Love the guys at this place from the owner tothe newest tech!!! They are always nice, courteous, and professional. I have an American bully, and these guys have always been great with him, letting him tagalong and investigate with no worries. They provide their services and work on your equipment as if it were their own.
