We discovered the coupling on our well pump had broken at 11AM causing water to fill the front yard. When I called Purvis Well Services, Chris Purvis immediately answered the phone and added us to his schedule for the day. The repair team was onsite within 2 hours. While onsite, Megan and Wes discovered another problem with our tank and just 3 hours after initiating the call, both issues were resolved and we had water once again. Megan and Wes were polite and professional and did a wonderful job explaining things and jumping right in to complete the work. Thank you, Chris, Megan and Wes for addressing our concern with the same sense of urgency we felt and for doing it with kindness and care.

I would like to thank Purvis Well System for coming out to my home this morning 07/24; I called Chris & told him what I had going on with my well. Lost water on Sunday morning, tried to fix it myself, but ended up calling Purvis well and another company. Mr. Purvis called back in about an hour, gave me an estimate,and had his team come out the next morning at 7am. Great professionals, especially the young lady who was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. Answered all my questions with a yes sir. They changed the tank, replaced the gage, switch and pump. The pump had just given out after 34 years. I had them send me an invoice that was about 20% higher than the estimate from talking over the phone. That's my fault because I didn't know the depth of the well. My only complaint is that the invoice took about 3-4 weeks to arrive.
