Air Source 1 Heating & Air Conditioning

I was beyond thrilled with Air Source 1. The owner, Tim, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He gave a more than fair and thorough estimate and was unbelievably responsive. I replaced my furnace and air conditioner and upgraded both to high efficiency. I replaced my filter system and my whole house humidifier to Aprilaire. My installation team was Alex and Kyle. They were both knowledgeable, efficient, polite and thorough. They patiently answered all of my questions and explained in a way I could understand. They treated my home as if it was their own.

Super pleased with how responsive Tim was and how he spent extra time up front to troubleshoot my issue so I wouldn't end up having to call someone back out and pay more on the back end. I also appreciate how happy Tim was to walk me through exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. I will definitely be using Air Source 1 again and will be sending friends and family this way.

I was referred to Air Source 1 by a family member who has had nothing but positive experiences with Tim and his company. We were seeking a second opinion after receiving questionable quotes for a new furnace from another company. Tim answered our call while on vacation and was able to schedule a technician to assess our furnace that same day. While we received similar feedback on needing a new furnace, we weren’t pressured into a sale. We received a quote that came in at almost half of what the other company wanted to charge us. We will absolutely be using Air Source 1 for a new furnace and for all further maintenance on our A/C.

Our heater kept cycling off and had dripping water. We called Tim as the weather was frigid and wanted to schedule for a new heater ASAP as it was Christmas time and ours is a 14 year old unit. Air Source 1 is not only EXCEPTIONAL but HONEST. You will not find a better Heating /AC Company. Tim told us that although he would like to sell us a new heater, we just don’t need it yet. Air Source 1 is a company you can trust. The owner cares about his customers and will not rip you off. They are the Best!!
