We had installed hardwood oak stairs, a stair runner and new carpet on our second floor. The project turned out great! We’re very pleased with the results and the team was great to work with. The sales team was very helpful and we received detailed updates along the way. High quality products and installation. Overall a very positive experience.

Wilfredo and Mauricio provided excellent service during today’s carpet installation! They demonstrated true professionalism from start to finish. I appreciated that they called ahead and used their tracking service, which gave me the proper heads up to be ready. They were courteous, personable throughout the process, and the installation was completed both efficiently and quickly. We had an amazing experience working with Brian and the team at Creative Carpet and Flooring. Our positive moments began upon entering the showroom and continued through scheduling and onsite installation. The onsite team was respectful of our furniture and neatly shifted a few things to help their process. Rickie and his teammate were able to start on time and complete same day. The carpet is wonderful.

I HIGHLY recommend Creative Carpet & Flooring! My old flooring was in desperate need of replacement, and I had insomnia one night and googled some flooring places, and I found this GEM. I met with Brittany and we hit it off. She is so knowledgeable about different flooring and gave us great advice on choosing the best option for us. She allowed us to take home samples of flooring and the grout colors, which was a great idea. She came out to our home and did the measurements. She walked us through everything and was available for any and all questions. When they delivered the flooring and other supplies, the delivery guys were excellent as well!
