Maertin Heating & Cooling

Maertin did an absolutely wonderful job replacing two old heat exchanger furnaces with state of the art high efficiency gas furnaces. It involved complex work that required working in tight spaces. Appearance is much better than before and couldn’t be happier with the results!

Called Martin Heating and Cooling for service and as always prompt service. They are great. Scott and his team are very trustworthy and knowledgeable. We have been working with them for as far as I can remember (years) and do not ever think to call anyone else with HVAC issues. Ended up replacing both furnaces and both air conditioners due to age and cost to repair the one furnace that went out as they were all 24 years old. What a great job they are great people to work with, and their team always follows up after any service to make sure everything is fixed right. Thank You again for your help.

I had some concerns about my furnace's operating system. I have not been satisfied with my previous HVAC company, and based on Maertin's customer reviews, I decided to try Maertin Heating & Cooling. I contracted them and was given an appointment for the next day. The Technician who arrived at my home was Richard Lewis. He gave me the most through furnace inspection and cleaning that I have ever had from any company. He had a snake video camera with a flexible cable to do an in-depth inspection of the heat exchanger of my furnace. During the inspection, he found that my P Trap was plugged, so he removed and cleaned it. Finally, when the work was done, he had me turn up my thermostat so that he could ensure that all was working properly which everything was. Maertin Heating & Cooling

I woke up with the temperature in my house at 66 degrees. I called Maertin Heating & Cooling and Jani recommended checking the filter first. I set up a schedule to have my furnace tuned up anyway since it had not been done in years. My technician was Cristian and he was so pleasant and knowledgeable. In getting the area cleaned before the service I noticed a leak on the cement floor coming from my water heater. He even advised me what to do for that. He went above and beyond.

Excellent response from Maertin, and the technician that was sent out was personable and able to diagnose my problem with the furnace very quickly. He was able to fix the problem and the furnace is now running very nicely. He answered all my questions and gave me advice on keeping the furnace running well into the future. Overall a very pleasant experience.
