Matt has been helpful every step of the way. We have radiant floor heat with tile from 1996, and I was extremely nervous about this project. He guided us through everything needed to ensure it was done properly. He spent over an hour with me—while I even took a lunch break—to think through flooring options and helped coordinate trim and staining for the entire house. I never felt rushed; Matt was patient, thoughtful, and thorough throughout the process. He also worked with us to complete the floors within a short window so everything was finished before we moved in.
