Scheduling an appointment was easy. Service Technician David Chen was friendly, on time, and extremely professional. David listened while I explained the situation and what I needed. David performed and thorough system evaluation and diagnosis. When completed, David discussed the results with me and also provided pictures (20+), helpful information, and estimates for the work that was needed. I was very impressed with his work - very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very polite. David also offered to answer any further questions that came up later and provided his contact information. Let’s just say they accurately diagnosed the real issue with the prior AC company missed. My mother’s house was in escrow and we were in a time crunch thanks to the care-less work of another company. They gave me three price options to diagnose the location of the refrigerant leak. I went with the most expensive option but it was worth it. They scrambled for the part and it worked great! So greatly appreciated is Joseph’s thoroughness! He found a code violation in the furnace inspection and they repaired that too😍 I’m so happy and grateful for all your hard work and knowledge!

I recently had to replace my entire AC system in Sierra Madre, and unlike many companies that rush through the process without much explanation, AirTech took the time upfront to thoroughly walk me through all the available options.
