We’ve used Aire Serv of Granbury for all of our HVAC maintenance for several years and highly recommend them. They’re always responsive, proactive about scheduling our twice-yearly maintenance, keep both of our units running smoothly, and their pricing is always fair. Andrew completed our routine maintenance today and has serviced our systems multiple times in the past. He consistently takes the time to thoroughly inspect the units, explain how they’re performing, and offer helpful guidance on keeping them in good shape between visits. After a week in the road, got home late at night and AC had quick working. It was super easy to schedule online, had Emmy respond almost immediately, and just like that I had Aire Serv at my front door by 8:30 am the next morning. Marc was a great Service Professional. He was able to diagnose the cause quickly and do the work right away. Marc also checked out the system and made sure it was all performing the way it should. I did sign up for the annual service plan and will have them out 1-2 times a year for preventative maintenance to avoid another warm night. We asked Aire Serv for a second opinion after having a different hvac company come out. Service tech was very professional and informative. They fixed our ac issues for approximately 10k less than what we were quoted from the previous company. We were please with their service but more so with their honesty. Too many people in the Granbury area making a living ripping people off.

Aire Serv of Granbury is a great company! Their service techs are very knowledgeable and friendly! I had maintenance done on my HVAC system one day. Unfortunately, the service tech did not make sure the system was working properly before he left. I called first thing the following morning and Aire Serv had someone out right away and this service tech took care of the problem. I have never received such a fast response to a problem ever! I would highly recommend this company! Their customer service is top notch!
