My problem was found and fixed after applying a lot of ingenuity. The ownelr and tech were very friendly. I will do more business with them. I have heat and hot water again. Update: I ended up getting a new heat pump system that was all electric, replacing my gas water heater/old gas furnace and old AC. From my perspective, the work went smoothly and the space was kept clean. I would recommend using AiRight to anyone that has an HVAC/Plumbing need of any size.

Faucet replacement by Airight was fantastic. They replaced my shut off valves under the sink them replaced my faucet. Tech was very professional and easy to talk to. Great job.

I had an appointment to get a proposal and the technical called and said he was outside so I went outside my front gate and nobody was there so I called the # he called me from, which was not a direct line so I called the company directly and they began texting me asking me to confirm the color of my house and address. Meanwhile, a few minutes passed by. I am finally told he's outside in the back alley so I go out there and nobody is there and then I'm told he had to leave. He waited all of 5 minutes for me and should have called me back immediately after not seeing me but he didn't. Instead I had to use a go between to ascertain his whereabouts and apparently 5 minutes is too long to wait. I set a 3 or 4 our window time out of day for this appointment and all they spare is 5 minutes befo
