AirOne Heating and Air Conditioning

Just purchased a home and had airone come out to do an inspection. They were super wonderful and gave me an estimate of all the work needing to be done. We were able to get scheduled quickly and all the staff has been great. Ethan came today to do the repairs and did a wonderful job. Will definitely use them again anytime in the future I’m needing repairs.

Technician was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Very disappointed in the lack of clarity in pricing for components. Received a receipt with 2 items replaced but nothing was itemized. I would like to know what the cost of the service call, the diagnostics, each part replaced and labor costs were. Would give more stars if price is validated with an itemized receipt. Update: Lance and Sheila at AirOne care about there business but they also care about their customers just as much, providing the best experience with each call. They responded to my email inquiry quickly and were able to come out on a Sunday afternoon. They were upfront about cost. They quickly assessed what was wrong and were able to explain to me what was needed to fix it. The techs were polite and helpful. I’m overall happy with the service.

Liked the heads up with time estimate before arriving. The service was completed in good time and cleanly done. Wish I had thought to put a fan in the room as on completion, technician Lucas was really sweating. Liked his prompt, friendly and great service. Thank you.

Our AC went out at 10:35 PM. We notified AirOne first thing the next morning, and their service techs were here within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the problem, obtained the part, and had the system up and running before the day got warm. I appreciated their knowledge, efficiency, and the value provided. What a team!
