Our AC wasn’t getting cold. I called Air Pro and they came out, quickly diagnosed the issue and went over our repair options. The technician had our AC back running cold in no time.

AirPro was absolutely outstanding to work with! They put our family first! They were honest about our HVAC needs. The serviceman was polite and friendly. They were also punctual and respected our time.

The company started off good.. What I didn't like is how the service guy asked my husband if we were renting or if we owned the home. We are a minority family so we did take offense to that.. They came out to do a job and we thought it was completed it wasn't, I woke up at 3:30 in the morning with the AC not working. I called Air pro and instead of them doing the right thing and coming out to fix what they had already been paid to do, and this was a reoccurring issue btw.. They said they no longer work with American home shield... This was extremely unprofessional because they had already been paid so why not come see what your technician had missed...

Paid too much money for unreliable service. Utilized this company in the Summer of 2017 (for our ac), it lasted almost a year, which was probably less considering we don’t use ac after August/September. In the summer of 2018, they came out to fix the SAME AC UNIT, which was having the same problem but NOW needed additional services and hundreds of dollars of Freon (which I paid for). The service guy stated that the wrong parts were placed in the unit causing them to short out...of course it was out of the warranty window for their previous work. Summer of 2019...so once again our ac is having the same problems from 2017 and 2018. Had another company look at it...and it needs Freon. I am not a repair person but the hundreds of dollars I spent on Freon in 2018 should last more than 1 year

Air Pro did an amazing job on our A/C unit. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and most of all their response was fast!! They were awesome!!
