This afternoon Mike and Eddie arrived for my scheduled appointment to swap out my hot water heater. They were very considerate of my home and worked quickly to get the job done right. They even took the time to walk me through the new hot water heater and answered all my questions! They both were both a great representation of this company! I have been a customer of AJ Leblanc’s for many many years for everything plumbing and heating related and today was another example of why I stick with them!

We just had our 20 yr old+ A/C and furnace replaced. Had interviews with 2 others and decided to go with A.J. Leblanc because they offered the widest selection of options and very competitive pricing. Brian in sales was fantastic, installers Mike and Eddie were professional, on task and got the job done! Very pleased, no regrets, would highly recommend to anyone in similar situation.

Zac C. from LeBlanc Heating and Plumbing did a spectacular job troubleshooting a plumbing issue in our home. He was quick to isolate two faulty valves and had them replaced quickly. Zac was polite, professional and easy to work with. LeBlanc’s consistently strong customer service is why I keep coming back.

We've been customers of LeBlanc Heating, Plumbing (etc.) since 2018, when they replaced our boiler and installed ductless mini-split systems in our home. We now have them come out every year to maintain those systems, plus we also use them for all of our plumbing needs. Speaking of plumbing needs, Zac and his associate came to our house during Thanksgiving week in 2025. The 11-year-old up-flush (also known as an "ejector") toilet in our finished basement's bathroom evidently failed, which Zac diagnosed very quickly. He was fantastic in explaining our options and finding a replacement that was in stock and would fit into the existing fittings without fuss. The team at AJ Leblanc did a great job with our heat pump installation. They were knowledgeable and offered creative solutions that worked well with our retrofit. The installation team was reliable and communicated well and left a clean work site. Very happy with the results and would definitely use them again
