They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, accepted a change in the schedule, provided samples to help in our selection of color, showed up as promised, and completed the reroofing in one day. Their project manager and his crew were exceptional! I was totally impressed with their efficiency, thoroughness, and attention to detail. The people that work for Queen City Roofing did an awesome job. They worked on one of the hottest days on record for 12 hours. They made sure everything was cleaned up after, and when I noticed one item was not complete per the contract, they were out the next day to correct the mistake. We had an excellent experience with Queen City! From the first initial consult and quote, to the very end, everything was very professional and easy. They worked with our timeline which was what we needed from the start. The crew showed up on time, was very professional and courteous, and did a phenomenal job on our roof. Absolutely no complaints!! They always say “you get what you pay for” and that the cheapest option isn’t always the best option. However, they beat 3 other competitors by at least $800 and they backed that up with top notch work. I’d recommend Queen City to anybody who is in need of a new roof.
