I recently had my roof replaced and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Mike, who initially came to my home to explain the products and process, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all the details. His professionalism gave me confidence right away. The communication leading up to the project day was clear and timely, and that high level of communication continued throughout the entire day of the install. Both the owner, Nick, and the new project manager, Mike, were on-site and kept me updated with texts and progress photos, which I really appreciated. My insurance cancelled me stating I had too much moss, so I got a bunch of estimates and Nick Tracey was the best with only one other even coming close. Nick was a great guy to work with, very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me at all. All his recommendations were also recommended by the other roofers, so I feel like there was no unnecessary upsell either. He also got me on the schedule in like two weeks so my new insurance wouldn't cancel me as well. After a couple light rains and a solid rain storm today I can confirm that they did an excellent job and my roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend at least giving these guys a call and will definitely recommend them to friends, family and anyone who needs a new roof. 10/10

Ricky (the project manager) and his team did an amazing job on our roof. They seemed to work nonstop and performed exceptionally and seamlessly. I was given updates all day through the process. Nick Tracey Roofing, top notch all across the board! The moment Mike came by to look at the job I already knew I would go with Nick Tracey! Mike went the extra mile and explained it all in detail, we went over options and he explained it all! We even had our attic re-insulated prior to the new roof and Mike came back out to make sure nothing changed! The day of Ricky the project manager and his crew communicated the entire day, we had to be pushed back a day due to weather and they communicated everything! We love the new roof! I received all updates via text and PICTURES! The crew was here almost a full 12 hours and my roof was done in 1 day! We are thrilled, do yourself a favor and pick Nick Tracey Roofing! From start to finish, no detail left out.. workmanship was spot on. communication was excellent. Everything on time as promised. After several quotes, price for work performed was exactly what we were looking for in a contractor these days. Nick, Mike and especially the workhorse behind the job.. the roofers all a great bunch of people.
