Calvin was great, friendly, very knowledgeable. It was covered under warranty, so I can’t say for pricing, but he fixed our dishwasher door quickly and with no mess or clean up. Also you are aware of arrival, what number stop you are and then you are notified when he is on the way and you can see his location and have an arrival time. To me that is a huge plus, you aren’t tied to having to watch for someone. I highly recommend them, the whole process is easy, everyone is nice and friendly, just wonderful!

Calvin and Reliable Service were excellent with set-up and planning: offering a morning pre-text and assurance of the appointment. Upon arrival, Calvin listened + discussed the problem - then explained what he would do. Leaving him to work alone in the kitchen... he work quietly and efficiently. Once finished, he explained what was "discovered" and the repair outcome... thankfully it really was a small issue, but required knowledgeable insight. He also offered options to contact himself & Reliable Service if anything should happened or reoccur. Calvin was honestly considerate and sincere with his craft and service. "Barron's Appliance" is a fabulous company and offered this Help to examine/repair our Refrigerator at a very reasonable cost (the Refrigerator was installed nearly 6 years ago)

I was frustrated with the initial contact, with hold times of over an hour (do not hang up and hope for a call back, your place in the queue will not be saved). I had a good experience previously with Baron’s Major Brand Appliances, and Reliable Appliance Service appears to be its repair service, so I paid the diagnostic fee up front and hoped for the best. The technician, Nick, was personable, professional, and appeared to be quite knowledgeable. Good communication and very frank. Nick earns most of the five stars I am awarding.

Chris was a true professional. He was honest in his assessment and what he was and was not authorized to do. He gave me a great insight to my washing machine and the problems I was having - it wasn’t the machine but the operator. My washer does not have a sensing mechanism, it fills it to a certain level. If you over fill you do not have enough water and the load, when spinning, will sound loud like it’s not balanced. I enjoyed the entire process from setting up the appointment to the technician.

Nick was great! He was professional and understanding as we figured out some unknowns in our new home. He arrived promptly and was positive throughout. Thank you very much.
