I asked many questions just to make sure the spot he indicated was where the leak was coming through my fire alarm unit and he was thorough to answer them. He came back the next day promptly at the time we agreed and completed the task within 15-20 minutes. He then made sure that the fire alarm unit that I unplugged was working before leaving. After several attempts to test the unit so it wouldn’t keep going off, we came to the realization that the unit itself has been damaged by the water and I had to buy a new one.
