My wife and I purchased our Cabin 6 years ago as a 2nd home and rental. It has a been a learning and extremely frustrating experience dealing with property managements from various top companies in the area. Dealing with theft on a regular basis, cleaners living in our Cabin unauthorized in addition to poor cleaning. Being former military and Law enforcement my expectations of cleanliness can be considered eye rolling to some however I/we communicate this clearly, and prior to bringing in any new business. After years of frustration and literally firing company after company we came across alejay with Donna and Ed. The communication, business dealings ( payments, statements etc) are clear and precise which makes books a breeze! However, we have never been more impressed with the cleanlines

Donna has been a pleasure to work with! She cleans our vacation rental, and I could not be happier with the results! We had an issue with our last cleaner who was incredibly rude and not helpful at all considering we live a bit far from our rental. She was able to fit me in last minute and it's been golden since then. We have been to the property a few times and have seen that her cleaning is top notch. I feel at ease and absolutely happy with the fact that Donna is the one cleaning our property. AleJay Green Cleaning has been servicing my short term rental property for almost two years. They have always provided us top notch service and have gone above and beyond in all areas of their business with us. If/when issues arise at the property, as they sometimes do in this business, AleJay is quick to jump in and assist in any way. They align their schedule with my rental schedule electronically so that service is automated on my end which is really convenient and ensures that the property is always taken care of on time. They are extremely responsive, fairly priced and a pleasure to work with. I give them the highest of praise and am fortunate to have their service.

Donna and her team have been caring for our two story 3500 SF historic home in Maggie Valley since last summer. We feel very good about her work and dedication. It is an old house with some quirks, and we feel comfortable knowing that she maintains it both for our family visits four times a year and our short term rental guests. Since we do not live here full time, that trust is especially important. Donna pays keen attention to detail and makes the house really shine! I highly recommend her services.
