Alex and Alex

I have hired Alex and Alex twice now, and both times they were very courteous and professional. Both times that we worked with them, Alex and Alex arrived on time and worked consistently. They asked for an account of our belongings so that they knew how much time to a lot for our job (I wonder if other people who were unhappy with them gave them an accurate estimate of things that needed to be moved up front?). If they took time at the truck between coming up for more items it was because they were wrapping my items and securing them so that they weren’t damaged. We will be moving again in a few months and we will be calling Alex and Alex!

It was like a nightmare, they tried all they can to make it longer so charge me more. I hired them to just move the big pieces that doesn't fit my car like bed and sofa and billed me four and a half hours for a two hour job. Every time they took something to their truck, waited for 10-15 minutes before coming back. At the end, added one hour as travel time! My home was just about ten minutes from their listed address. I asked for some explanation and he started yelling at me! Unbelievable!!! While speaking little English, I couldn't understand what he's saying. They have five star rating on Yelp and quoted a low price, saying they charge in 15 minutes intervals. At the end, he stopped working for two minutes so that charge for another fifteen minutes! I have used this company 4 times. The first 3 times, although they are not the friendliest, they came a few minutes early, wrapped everything, and moved us in a decent amount of time. So in my mind we've established a good working relationship over the years. This time around, Alex asked me for a list of my items, which I sent him, he came again on time with one other guy and again I showed him everything that needed to be taken to a storage room. They began to work and he soon realized that his truck was too small. He began yelling at me that his truck was full and that I had more things than on the email (true, but besides the point because his truck couldn't fit what was on the email anyway). He kept screaming to the point that I started to cry and I couldn't even understand everything

The Alex movers are the worst movers I have experienced. They are not professional at all. 1. The moving distance is only 10 minutes. However, they spent more than 20 minutes on the way. 2. They have two people, but there is only one people working during the unload. And they do it really slow. 3. I have few items to move, which can be completed around 1 hour with other movers. However, they waste me 2 hours. 4. They are lazy to put the items at the proper room. They just put everything at the living room even I have told them to put some at the bedroom. 5. 4 boxes are damaged during the moving. Don't trust the reviews on their website. I was so silly to trust the reviews there.

Very rude and very unprofessional people. They didn't load all my stuff to the truck and didn't complete the job from old apartment. They drove off and left in a hurry to go to my new place because they were late for the next job. I never experience anything like that in my life with the mover. I was paying them and they screamed and yelling at me when I asked them to complete the job which at the end, it didn't get completed. As soon as they arrived in my new apartment, they demanded to be paid $485.00 up front cash, otherwise they threatened me that they won't unload my stuff from their truck to my new apartment. Then after getting paid, they tossed everything in the living room including my bed frame. I wish I read the reviews first. If there is a zero rating, I would have given
