The Best in the Biz. Alexander Floors has refinished our entire main level 2x in 13 years. They spent as much time as needed to get the exact color finish we were looking for (not easy) and worked nights and weekends to get it completed on time. Stairs, bannister, doorways, not a spot missed. The tradesman are top notch and do not cut corners and are super friendly and trustworthy. Before, during, and after pics. Not the least expensive but fair and worth every penny.

Initially everything went well with the install, but when the transition molding from LVP flooring to carpet came off and cracked due to the nails popping out, I call Alexander Floors 3 times to repair it. Each time they told me they would send someone out and they never show up. I would say stay away from this company because they are not good at coming back and repairing thier defects.

The first time I used this company to replace my floors the quality was excellent. The second time it was good but not as good as the first time. They hired a new technician since then and he does not focus on quality and detail like the other technicians. Some of the floor didn’t have wood filler placed to fill lines between boards and some of the trim was installed in a sloppy manner. He also asked to use my restroom but did not wash his hands after dedicating (which just grossed me out since he was working in my home). Overall the job was good but details matter in people’s homes. Management is good and overall you will likely be satisfied for the price point.

Alexanders Floors did a beautiful job refinishing our 22 year old oak floors. They were nice but worn-looking, especially in the kitchen. We had two dark areas where water had leaked and damaged and discolored the wood. After they worked their magic, the floors look new and they are absolutely gorgeous! We also used Alexanders Floors in the past for adding new hardwood floors to multiple carpeted areas in our home and they matched the floors perfectly. I highly recommend Alexanders Floors and would give them 10 stars if it were possible.
