I had two bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash done with the amazing help of Brook and Travis. I spent hours agonizing over tile choices, bringing countless samples back and forth, and never once felt pressured or like a bother. They were so patient and helpful, and once the final selections were made, everything moved along perfectly. The results are absolutely beautiful — I couldn’t be happier! Even Haken, the store’s Golden Retriever, adds that wonderful small-town feel you just don’t get at a big box store where no one knows or cares who you are. Highly recommend!

Brooke and Robert were very helpful, informative, & engaging from our first visit seeking carpet options. Brooke was wonderful and very responsive throughout the process. Alex, our installer, was professional, friendly, and efficient in moving furniture, removing old flooring, & installing the carpet. Had a great experience here! The moment you walk in the store, you are immediately greeted by Brooke and her very friendly pup! She listens to what you are looking for and leaves you to look without any pressure, but there to address your concerns. I left with samples to bring home, she came the next day to measure and we were on our way. Once the flooring was in, she had us on the schedule in less than 2 weeks. Alex (the installer) tore up carpet, moved furniture and always left everything neat, very polite and very professional. A process I thought would take months, took less than a month from start to finish. We love our new floors!!
