John and his team at Innovative was great. He was honest, fair with pricing and quick to serve. I was impressed with his honesty more than anything. I have a vacation home in New Smyrna Beach and I had gotten estimates from two well known local Companies who I guess knew or thought they could have me buy something I didn’t need at the time. John was knowledgeable and proactive in helping me with my issue. He explained the issue to me which helped me make the decision to repair rather than replace the unit. I couldn’t be more impressed with his honesty and frank discussion.
