Ellington Air continues to deliver excellent preventative maintenance service. My technician arrived within the expected window, called ahead, and communicated clearly throughout the visit. He was thorough with the inspection, explained what he was checking, and made sure everything was running efficiently before leaving. The team’s communication, from scheduling reminders to the “you’re next in the queue” text really helps make the process smooth. I highly recommend Ellington Air for reliable, professional service. The only minor improvement I’d love to see in the future is a slightly tighter appointment window to make planning the day even easier. Still, their consistency, friendliness, and attention to detail keep me confident my system is in good hands.

Spencer performed the uninstall and re-install of our system and fixed a poorly built (by our builder) AC box/stand. His attention to detail and pride in his work was evident and greatly appreciated. The result was like we had a brand new system. He is professional and courteous. Thank you Spencer for the great job and all the time you took to do it right!
