Fantastic, some people only know one way to do a job, the right way. I had an agreement with Matthew to pressure wash a couple walls. He did them all instead and didn't ask for more money. He just wanted it to look good and it did. Great guy, great work!

Matthew at Tropical Shine did an excellent job. He cleaned our house, shed, sidewalk, and driveway. He was diligent about his work. When he finished, everything looked great. Matthew is very professional and knows his business, which comes down to making something look like new without damage to your property. He has done extensive research to find the best and proper cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment to use on each area of your home. And, he knows the correct techniques. He expertly cleaned our roof. He cleaned a 10' x 20' piece of 'astroturf' on our cement patio slab. Trust me, I wasn't sure it could be saved, but he did an amazing job. He cleaned MANY 12" x 12" painted cement pavers. He cleaned the painted stucco-over-cinderblick sides of our house. He cleaned our cement driveway and the painted walkway to the front door.
