I only like to leave good reviews, but unfortunately today was an exception. I scheduled an appointment for a free evaluation at my home online. After receiving an email confirmation for the appointment, no one showed up nor reached out to reschedule. I called the company's phone number multiple times, but no one answered, and their mailbox was full. I had to reschedule another business appointment to stay home for this simple consultation. This not only cost me time, but money. In a service business like house cleaning, I expect providers to be on time, responsive, and professional. This company, unfortunately, was none of the above despite its previous good reviews and claim to professionalism online. I contacted All Cleaning Professionals to do a deep clean on a vacant home we were moving in to. We had 2 ladies set to arrive at 8am, they never showed. I called Wes and texted him numerous times and never had a response back. Very unprofessional and left me with no cleaner. I was extremely disappointed.
