Umbrella Roofing

I called 10 times over the course of 2 weeks to try to get someone out. We had used them for our property management company in the past a number of times over the years. No response. No call backs. The old contact Dave was great. Not sure anyone is working there anymore.

Hi, Umbrella Roofing did a new roof for us 3 years ago in Edwards and we can't say enough good things about this fine company. The quality of their workmanship was first rate. Our only regret was that we let another gutter company do our gutters and not Umbrella Roofing. This summer our painters clued us into problems with the other gutter contractor's work and woeful gutter performance issues with simple rain storms. One call later to Alex with Umbrella Roofing and he was at our place, within a week, and determined that our current gutters and heat tape were inadequate for the rigors of Colorado mountain snow loads. Umbrella did an excellent job for us - we needed to re-roof several occupied apartment buildings, and Umbrella was professional in every way. The crew was respectful of the tenants and cleaned the site thoroughly at the end of every day. The work done is of very high quality, and I would highly recommend them.

In the 30 years I have had roof repair done to the roof, none of the local roofing companies actually did the repairs as they should. A friend recommended Umbrella Roofing and I am very happy I used them. The two installers arrived on time each day (2) cleaned up when finished and did an incredible repair to the roof, something the last two Roofing Co. did not do. Too bad you can't leave zero stars. They would get that from me. I have tried twice now to get this outfit to give me a quote for some work and they NEVER return calls, emails, nothing. Ever. Why have a link on your website to make inquires IF YOU DONT HAVE ANYONE MANAGING THAT!!! What a joke. You tell people to reach out and yet you don't know how to reply. Frickin useless. I highly recommend...........someone else.
