Did an AMAZING job getting out all the tough stains on our light colored carpet. Highly recommend!

Really positive experience: 1. Houseguest spills black coffee all over cream colored wall to wall carpet 2. We attempt clean up and fail miserably 3. Called and left message for HELP! 4. Help arrives promptly and within 30 minutes problem is basically solved 5. Rick (the owner/boss) declines payment until carpet has dried and any follow up (eg, removing residual cleansers in carpet) is complete 7. Capable, professional, courteous What else could you ask for? Highly recommend!
