Communicative, quick and honest. Got my two passenger doors fixed in less than two weeks and they detailed my car before returning it! I overpaid cash by $20 and they even called to tell me to come pick up the extra money. Would highly recommend!!

It can be difficult to find a trustworthy auto body shop, and I know there are so many options in the RFV, but I have to say I will forever be going to Finishing Touch Auto Body. The staff truly went above and beyond and was flexible in working out a time that fit in my schedule. When I recieved the vehicle they meticulously went over the repairs and showed 5 star professionalism. They made sure to never forget your experience by also performing an incredible detail on the vehicle. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough! Finishing Touch Auto Body is the best business I have ever experienced. It is obvious that it is a family owned business that truly cares about providing high quality work! Every staff member was polite, professional, friendly and attentive! They were honest with their pricing ( I have a family member that is in the business and was delighted to hear the price they quoted), kept me informed every step of the way, were very informative about options and when I picked up my car upon completion, it actually looked better than new! I had a minor accident with my car and wasn’t sure where to take it to be fixed. Finishing touch was recommend by numerous people and now I know why. They got my car in right away and did a fantastic job with it. They were great at communication throughout the job too. Everyone I talked to was kind. They even cleaned the inside of my car! I will definitely take my cars there for any kind of service in the future.

What a great company! Took my Ford Explorer in for body work after a hit-and-run. The ENTIRE staff was just wonderful from the initial welcome and estimate, to followup contacts and final pickup. My car was once again perfect and had also had a full interior detail. Hope I never have to use their service again, but if I do, The Finishing Touch will be my "go-to" auto body shop.
