My father used to take me here when it was called Continental. This place is one of the only remaining places you can walk in and get decent carpet supplies now. It is not close by to anything. I have to take hours out of my day if I'm going to make a trip here. Gas isn't cheap either. It's a hassle to go here. Whatever. That's not why I'm upset. I dropped my broken Duo-Fast electric staple guns off here to get fixed. Four guns total needed fixed. I told them in detail the problems with the guns that needed addressed. I was notified when they were ready for pickup. I did not hurry to get them back. I waited over two weeks. On the day I was going to pick them up, I made a stop at the shop I work for.
