All-Max Plumbing

Company did plumbing work for most if not all the new builds in our neighborhood. Our water heater went out and service response was quick, within twenty minutes. However, it ended up being just the pilot light and the tech was able to get us back up running in two minutes. Service charge: $125 While we did not expect free service, a pro-rated charge would have been the right thing to do. All the other contractors that have come out to the house over the last two years that were involved in the house build did their touch-ups or service checks completely for free.

I would have given a NEGATIVE star if available but I would never ever recommend this plumbing company. Reasons as below we have a newly constructed house which we lived only for 2 months unfortunately builder had this All Max plumbing as the warranty provider. 1, We called for a plumbing water emergency issue in evening and the warranty contact was very arrogant. 2, They showed up in the morning and did not gave us an estimate for work and finally when the work was completed they gave us a huge bill of $500+. They said thr was debris’s from wipes which they were not having any photographes of any proof to confirm it. All-Max installed the tankless water heater in my new home and it is very inefficient. The hot water takes 3 minutes to get hot in the primary shower and they say that as long as it gets therein 4 minutes it is fine. I have not washed my face at the sink with hot water because I don’t want to waste so much water. Just from the shower head I waste an average of 375 gallons per month. If I take a bath and need to reheat the water, I can’t because within 5 minutes the water coming from the faucet is cold again. I would not recommend using them especially when it comes to a tankless water heaters. This is unacceptable.

All Max did the plumbing on our new home with Lennar. Larry came out to install a flo-meter device that was on back order and happily troubleshooted a plumbing issue with our toilet and dishwasher while here. Can't not say enough about how kind and willing to help he was. He was knowledgeable and educated me as well. From this experience I am pleased with this company!

All-Max gave me the finger this morning. I was stuck driving behind him from Youngsville through wake forest in the fast lane. He was going so slow (honest to God) a school bus moved in front of him and left him in the dust. When I finally had a space big enough, I moved into the slow lane and passed him. As I passed, he flipped me off.
