All Phase Electric

When we had an urgent electrical situation, Terry answered right away at 10 PM. He was extremely helpful over the phone giving me guidance as to how to manage the situation until he could get to our home the next morning. He had to rearrange some scheduled things but wanted to be sure to get us in quickly and was here right when he said he would be. He gave very thorough explanations of what exactly had happened and what needed to be done going forward. Very helpful!

We needed our master breaker replaced and Terry was out within two days and did a great job. Very kind, professional and very well priced. I'll definitely call again if need be.

Terry said he held high qualifications and promised to do a complete check of a house that had been gutted and rewired. He left many things done incorrectly or not done at all. When I kindly asked him for months to come back and recheck his work, only got excuses and no response. This is very unprofessional and dangerous. I would seek someone with better reviews and one that cares about the safety or his customers and stands by his work. About their rebuttal to my review. Nice try, but they never responded with these things to me. I did pay in cash for the agreed to amount. And, I never received all the extra things that were purchased to put in the home because they were never delivered or installed. The 2 space heaters are not the issue here anyway. I use Terry and All Phase for all of our electrical work. They do good work at a reasonable price and always go the extra mile. Our ancient fuse box went out of or house, and in order to save the cost of rewiring in a new fuse box, Terry found a replacement though he had to search around the country to do it as it was an unusual piece.

Scheduled a time several days out for them to come do some panel work. Took time off work to make sure I had time for them to complete the work. I'm here punctual. They are not. No call, No show even an hour after my scheduled time. Nothing still. Taking my business to someone who wants it. Edit: Was going to delete all reviews this morning but then saw the reply on Google with the owner lying. Sent me FB message about my reviews. After him accusing my of lying, as he is here, he acknowledged that I was confused for someone else and he showed up several hours later when no one was home. Very rude through Facebook, accusatory and now publically calling me a liar.
