All Pro Home Inspections

David did my inspection on my house. He took tons of pictures and caught things I didn't notice. I have been in home remodeling and construction for 10 plus years , I would highly recommend him. He also showed up early . Thank you !

I contacted All Pro Home Inspections to come out and do a home inspection on a house I was looking to purchase. They were able to schedule me in the very next week. The inspector, David Mason, was very helpful. He did not seem to have any issues with me following him through the house. He explained what he was looking at as he went. All Pro was also appealing to me because they have other companies they work closely with to do additional testing and inspections. All I did was tell David what additional inspections I wanted (termite, sewer, radon, etc.) and he arranged for all of the different specialists to come out. When I arrived at the time we had agreed upon, David was already there, starting on the inspection. After he was done, a report was printed off on location and gone through

Moved into our home and dave did our inspection the guttering was not properly draining, the window well wasn't properly covering and caused a major leak into our basement when it rained. The doorbell didn't work, the air conditioning did not work and ALL of the smoke detectors didn't work they didn't even have batteries in them. On the report everything was in good working condition. He told us it was an old leak going into the basement but it WAS not so needless to say don't use all pro and actually make sure it all works even if they say it's all good. Only it if for money not to actually help people.

Just moved in and the garbage disposal was leaking after just getting “inspected” what a joke!
