All Season Experts Heating and Cooling

I called All Seasons heating for them to come and service my boiler. I intially spoke with the owner, Ray or his father. I had a few phone conversations about appointments and when they could come out. Not one time during any of the phone conversations was a diagnostic fee mentioned. Fast forward to the tech coming to my house. I told him everything that was wrong because I was already aware of the issue. I asked for the cost of repairs. The tech had to call the office for prices. The cost was not in my budget. So I decided to not move forward with servicing my boiler. Prior to leaving, the tech says that there will be a diagnostic fee of $179 plus tax, but if he were going to service the boiler, I wouldnt have to worry about it. In addition, if I signed up for a monthly maintenance plan,

All Season cane out to do maintenance on my mini splits, which I hadn’t had serviced since they were put in 3 years ago (oops). They were great, fast, didn’t try to upsell me on anything and the price was very fair and affordable. Their number is on our fridge for anything that comes up in the future!

Ray did a great job cleaning our minisplit system and was very knowledgeable and helpful in discussing options for a needed repair. Pricing was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we got.

Estimates are very high compared to other companies who do the same quality or better work in the area. We had 3 estimates and were actually going to go with this company until some of the reviews I read were proven correct, they didn't return phone calls numerous times and their communication was very bad. I would avoid dealing with them as there are more reliable companies in the Hudson Valley.

The crew was efficient, hardworking, friendly, glad to answer all our questions, and did a thorough cleanup when the install was finished. It’s a pleasure to work with people who treat your home as if it were their own.
