Greg Bauguess, Brian Reeves and John Woodring did an incredible job from start to finish. I couldn’t be MORE pleased. Arrived at the time they said they would and completed the job in the originally projected time. Cleaned up after their work. Very professional.

Unreliable. Unprofessional. "I hate working on these things" said the tech they sent me. Days to get answers. UPDATE: I hired another Hvac guy after waiting 2 days for an update. You charged me for just showing up, you repaired nothing. Your company never even properly diagnosed the issue. DISHONEST REPLY

All Service installed a mini split and replaced a dual source heat pump in early July. The mini spit is fine. The heat pump is yet to work properly. At first the cooling system would not turn on. After days of no response to my calls, a tech was dispatched after directly calling the owner. The tech got the system to cool but the fan runs 24/7 unless I turn off the entire system from the panel. After waiting a week for a second tech to diagnose the fan issue I am still waiting. So over a month after my install I still do not have a working system. All Service is No Service. Edit: All Service stepped up and beyond and removed a part from an inventory unit instead of waiting for Bosch. Unfortunately the replacement still did not fix the unit and the owner came out to the house to personally

Our experience with All Service (Franklin, NC) has been excellent. Greg Bauguess handled all the pre installation work along with Judy in the office. They were totally on top of things. Brian and John handled the installation of our units and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. I have been very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. They did the little things that matter like making sure everything was back in place and any mess was cleaned up. They actually finished the job ahead of schedule!

The people at All Service Heating and Air are fantastic. Very knowledgeable in their field and helpful with any questions, concerns I had. I first had them install a High efficiency Trane heating and air for the house. The work done was so good I went back and had them add a Mitsubishi-Trane High efficiency heating and cooling unit to my basement/garage as well. They obtained all permits and had final inspections set up as well as removal of all old units and cleanup of the worksites. I highly recommend this company and am extremely satisfied with their work and services.
