From scheduling someone to come out to give us a quote until it was installed today we have had nothing but a positive experience. Adam was great to work with on what we needed/wanted from our unit. Also he came in below the other quotes we received. The office staff was great at taking care of the paperwork and payment. Bruce and Leon were top notch installing the unit. Everyone we have worked with have been awesome. The communication is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Bruce and Leon installed a new Lennox variable speed heat pump and air handler in one day, complete with fixing duct work in our basement. This team works hard and knows what they are doing! The install went perfectly and they left everything so clean you wouldn't know they were even here. We love our new heat pump and we got a great price (great value) with FoxFire. I can't imagine working with any other company for your home HVAC needs in Franklin. This was a major investment in improving our quality of life and I am glad we did it! Now, our wood stove is no longer our primary heat source - as much as we enjoy the fire, it's nice to have a comfortable home all day. I can't believe how good the 2026 Lennox heat pumps are! I used David with Fox Fire for business needs, installing a wifi thermostat that I can control with an app on my phone. He was so well versed and taught be about my options in equipment, then how to use the one I selected. He also offered a maintenance program that covered things like changing air filters !!! From beginning to end it was a pleasure. Did I mention he was early too ??? A+
