Craig was quick to respond to my call and put me on the schedule for the next day. He was on time and communication was excellent. He was quick to diagnose the problem and discuss options, advising me what he would do if it were him. I’m so thankful to have an appliance repair person who actually calls back, shows up and knows what they are doing!

Craig at Peavy's Appliance is the best! Just had them out for our clothes washer that was trying to rinse water AFTER doing a load of laundry, though there wasn't any water to rinse - was just running and running. Craig worked us in same day (he had a cancellation), worked his magic (totally rebooted the computer control board amongst other technical stuff), and voilà! It's all fixed! At least for now. Craig is always friendly, makes good use of his time, and we feel is always honest with us. This is the 2nd time we've used him. Highly recommend.

We have an older model GE washer that suddenly would not enter the spin cycle. Clothes would come out sopping wet. I am fairly mechanically inclined and starting the process of trying to diagnose the problem. I eliminated the simpler things but eventually was stuck as to how to proceed. I called Craig at Peavy Appliance and explained the issue. He was up front with me about the service fee, and that the repair cost may not be worth it based on the age of the machine. He then proceeded to walk me through all the steps to help find the fault. He did this over the phone and was extremely helpful and pleasant through the entire process. He answered all my questions and suggested the culprit in my situation was most likely the timer. While a new timer for that machine is close to $200,
