We could not have had a better experience working with Appalachian Roof Restoration. They accessed our roof condition, helped us decide on the work to be done, were timely and punctual. They did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly. We had extra effort removing solar panels from the roof and storing them in our basement which they did carefully and efficiently. Ken and his crew did a great job on my roof. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently and sometimes (with my permission) late into the evening, and cleaned up every day, so there was never any mess. And they gave me a very competitive price. This was a fairly big job, on a pretty steep roof, and I’m very happy with the way it came out. I would definitely recommend giving them a call for an estimate if you need a roof.

Brett, Caity, Mario, Liz & Ken were all wonderful to work with. They kept their appointments exactly on time, got our roof done when they said they would (and in time for our homeowner's insurance change,) and everything was as we asked and expected. Cleanup was great, too, thanks to Liz, Mario & other crew members. Caity is absolutely amazing with customer service, and I hope Appalachian holds onto her, because they will never be able to replace her. Thank you all so much!
