All Star has worked in my home several times. They replaced an exterior system and hot water heater. The team was professional and courteous. The scheduling process was simple and easy. Our house started to get very chilly, uh-oh the HVAC was not heating as desired during one of the cold snaps recently. Pick up the phone and called All Star. We had somebody on site within an hour to assess the situation. Very grateful for John and his team. While I am a computer by trade, I do not understand HVAC. They were able to explain what was wrong and how it should be fixed. Problem solved and we didn't even need to break out the electric heaters! :)
