This company doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing! We called them twice about our heater — they came, “fixed” it, and as soon as they left, it broke again! Because of them, we’ve been sitting in a freezing cold house for days! I’m honestly losing my mind over this! How can you not handle something as basic as heating? Your workers clearly aren’t experienced enough — you should replace them! And if you can’t do this job properly, then just stop doing it! We shouldn’t have to suffer from your poor work just because our building management decided to work with you for some unknown, ridiculous reason!

The gentleman who serviced our heating system seemed to be knowledgeable in what he was doing. He also kept us informed about what he was doing during the process.

Allied is a very reputable company. They have always been available when needed in an emergency. Put in a new mini split system & did a good job! I would recommend them.

We have been using Allied for our seasonal maintenance for several years. Their service technicians have always been friendly and experienced and we've been happy with them. We recently had to replace our old HVAC system; starting with the estimation process, Brad did a great job spec'ing out a new system for us and when I told him we were having issues with a specific room in the house not getting good air flow, he recommended installing a blower fan to see if that would resolve the issue. A few weeks later, Wilson and Hunter came onsite for the install. They were friendly and courteous and worked a full day to get the job done.
