Almstead Nursery & Mulch

Having used Almstead for years it saddens me but I must convey how disappointed I am. I placed a bulk mulch order over a week ago, with a promised delivery date. The date came and went and I was NEVER contacted. I called to find out what happened and was told it was because of snow. Another date was promised. That date, no mulch. I was given reasons of snow and ice, employees not showing up to work, not having drivers and then miscommunications. Each and every time the day passed when my delivery was promised more excuses were given and I was NEVER contacted NOT ONCE. It was me that had to reach out to find out where my mulch order was every time delivery did not happen. This was a project that was supposed to be done before Easter. Extremely disappointed.
