From start to finish with our septic issues... I had nothing but upmost admiration for Aloha Septic! They came out and checked out the septic system which had lots of questions regarding it due to old drawings. Fix things that were needed to be fixed once found. Great communication, explanation and knowledge, will most definitely use them again and spread the word! Thank you again!

You can trust this company! It’s very difficult to find this type of service these days! After calling a different company first who had hidden fees, Aloha Septic was our second call in desperate hopes of having a better experience. They were fast, efficient, fair, and empathetic. We were worried we would have to pay 2 or 3 companies just to “look” at our septic system. Not with Aloha! To our surprise they arrived quickly and were helpful with the blockage. They didn’t even demand a ridiculous “travel fee” like the other company (that we weren’t even aware of - by the way). My husband and I appreciate the kindness Aloha showed us. They made our day. We recently had our septic tank pumped, only to learn that the outlet baffle was damaged and the transport line leading from the tank to the drain field was crushed. We called Aloha septic service for the repair. We were very impressed by the service we received. Zeb and Lindy were great! They were punctual polite and very transparent. They took the time to explain what they had to do, and why. Both were very humble and down to earth. The overall cost was reasonable as well. We give them five stars and will call them for future septic maintenance issues.
