Hales Heating and Air Conditioning

Great to work with, I had a estimate done a few months ago but wasn't ready just yet. I had gotten the money together and texted Hales on a Sunday morning not expecting an answer until Monday but had an updated estimate back a few hours later. I was ready to schedule and they reached back out first thing Monday morning for a Thursday appointment. Quality work easy to work with and a system that I couldn't be happier with. I now have my thermostat set a few degrees lower than previous system and even heat throughout the house. Hales will be handling all my future HVAC projects if needed.

We recently had a new furnace and A/C installed by Guy and Hales Heating and Cooling, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Guy was incredibly thorough during the quote phase—he took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and make sure we got exactly what we needed. The install itself was unbelievable—efficient, clean, and professional from start to finish. Our house feels great, and even our dog Minnie is going to miss all the attention and pets she got from him! Highly recommend Guy and Hales Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for honest, quality work done right.

They are transparent about pricing and communicate well. They are my go to for anything HVAC and I am always referring people to them!

I cant say enough great things about Hales Heating. Guy came out and trouble shooted and gave the suggestion we wanted because the previous HVAC company that never said it would be best to replace the whole thing. They were going to charge us $1000 for a bandaid fix or not fix the problem at all. The communication with Cecelya was amazing and always kept us informed. They showed up in the timeframe they said and provided great professionalism. 10/10 I wouldn't recommend anyone else- keeping their number in my back pocket.

Hales is hands down the best HVAC company around. They installed our new AV and furnace, are absolutely fantastic any time we have questions, schedule our appointments quickly, and are always on time. I cannot say enough great things about them. Experts all the way. If you need HVAC services, this is the only company you need. Talked to Guy for a bit and felt like I’d been talking to a best friend of 20 years.
