Bill put in my Navien Radiant heat boiler for me about 7 years ago. I Have been having a few issues and he responds and helps in a very timely manner, honest way. I remember you telling me that you learned your trade in the Military. Thank you for your service, and Thank You for honesty! There are not to many Boiler guys left with "True Knowledge" This company is highly recommended!!!

Came to my house after another company did unnecessary work on my furnace that stopped working during a freezing night. After I lost nearly a thousand dollars on unnecessary simple “repairs” that ended in the furnace still not turning on and outrageous quotes for replacement, I called Thurman’s heating and air. They came and explained how even though my furnace is old, it is still in perfect working order and taught me how to fix the problem when freezing temps occur again. The other company’s interventions were overpriced and unnecessary. Thurman’s heating and air is a genuine and honest company that did not take advantage of a desperate woman in a freezing home and even taught me how to fix the problem so I don’t freeze again and save myself a service call. Our furnace was over 20 years old, it finally died and so we called Thurmans, talked to Bryan and he stopped by same day to give us an estimate. He returned to our home 3 days later, removed the old one and installed our new furnace on a Sunday. Yes, SUNDAY! Amazing work, I’m very happy and highly recommend. Paula

The call was picked up almost immediately, and Bill walked me through the basics - asked me to look around and the most basic solution helped keep my baby girl and toddler warm tonight!
