Absolutely horrible customer service — easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. They lie straight to your face and take zero responsibility for their mistakes. I refused a piece because it was clearly cut wrong, and instead of fixing it, Drew told the installers to put it in anyway and leave. Even the installers were shocked and apologized for how bad the situation was — they knew it wasn’t right! Now I’m left with a botched installation and extra demolition work because of their incompetence. Do not trust this company with your stone — they will mess it up, blame you, and walk away. Lowes should not do business with them!! UPDATE TO RESPONSE: The rounded corners were NEVER discussed at the template appointment. the template I signed off on had right angle corners and

Very bad with communication, gives me the option to do stone with either flush or with a gap and then proceeds to ignore my choice. Gives the option to return a piece or install and ignores my choice. Don’t offer an option you’re not willing to do Alps. As a client, you’ll be left with stone cuts you weren’t expecting and snarky attitude.

Dominique was fantastic. From the initial phone call, through the visit for product selection and Q&A, then with follow up after installation, she is extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.
