I had my furnace serviced by Als Quality Oil a year ago. Recently my furnace has started blowing soot all over the basement. I thought this was strange after just a year of running without being cleaned. I inspected the air intake on the furnace and it was completely closed. This means ALS quality oil either forgot to set it properly before leaving or just never inspected it when they were here. Having the air intake closed causes the furnace to burn rich and become dirty and sooty much faster than it normally would. When I reached out to them about this they first said a manager would reach out to me, that never happened. I called back 2 weeks later and they said there is nothing they could do. I've been a customer of Al's Quality Service for 20 years. Always outstanding service , especially when ordering oil over the phone. I appreciate the deliveries in January and February, when everybody needs oil at the same time.

We have been with Al’s Quality Oil for a few years now. We do not have a contract, we pay C.O.D. when needed. We had a problem with our furnace this winter and they serviced it in a timely fashion. Tech was great and explained everything to me, showed me the issue and shared his knowledge with me for future issues that we might face. This week, our dog broke his leg so I haven’t been faithfully checking our tank. Yesterday, I went down to find we were very close to empty. I called this morning at 7 when they opened, they were here by 8:15. They treat us with respect, which is difficult to find these days. Many companies require a contract for this kind of service, Al’s is different and I highly recommend this family owned local company.

I have had an oil delivery and oil furnace servicing from Quality Oil. Both interactions were great. The young man that filled and inspected my oil tank was professional and responsive to my questions. Delivery was also prompt. Ray, our serviceman for the furnace, was fantastic. Thorough and answered my questions. Friendly as well. My wife had an interaction with someone who had to inspect the furnace prior to us having it serviced that wasn't pleasant. He wasn't friendly and quite blunt. Besides that brief interaction, business was conducted grandly.

Al's Quality Oil has always been a great choice for Oil burner cleanouts and emergency repairs. They have multiple delivery and payment options - We use the "will call" delivery & service, and have never had any issues. Their technicians are both friendly and knowledgeable.
