When contacted to do a preventive roof job they where quick to let me know that the old quote need to be updated to a 10 % increase from 2024. I agreed , that’s was the last time I’ve heard from them , phone messages and emails where send including the check for a full payment .. over the phone the cocky attitude of a lady turned me off when I requested to schedule the job because of my busy work schedule, she refused until payment was received. We the customers have to send the payment and trust them , and wait u til they feel they want to return phone calls an email , is a two way street, they have to trust us as well and work with us . They made me feel that my $$$ as t worth it , I didn’t matter and my job perhaps was too small for their interest .. I felt mistreated . I will never rec

We sustained damage to our roof, gutters and leaders during the past storm. Al's roofing has been a pleasure to work with as we navigated the process with our insurance company They were present with the insurance appraiser and provided us an estimate that was fairly close to their estimates. The team doing the work was courtesy, neat and prompt. The office staff helped facilitate the process and ensure our expectations were met. I sincerely would recommend them and feel confident that will exceed your expectations
