This Home Depot has the best prices around, however, don't expect SMEs in each department (subject matter experts). In fact, it seems to me the majority of the responses to questions of staff at this store result in a reply similar to, "I don't know, I just work here." So, overall, if you know what you need, what you're looking for, where to find it etc this is a great store for you. However, if you're looking for one on one attention and advice that will stand the test of time, you're better off with finding a more customer based/focused store (hard to find these days, I'll admit).

Ladies at the registers are nice and try to be helpful but don't pull up here expecting to get any help loading materials . Plan on waiting 30-45 minutes for a forklift driver to wanna do their job and load your truck/trailer. Loading department is lazy .

Purchase a Whirlpool refrigerator model WRB322DMBM01 at about a year ago, I didn't purchase an extended warranty baaaadddd mistake, worker was not forthcoming about how long it will last, if so I would have got one. This refrigerator is junk, after less than a month the handle on the freezer fell off and couldn't fix it, now I wake up to a frig and freezer full of bad food that I had to clean out, I'm highly upset, when I contacted Home Depot of course they couldn't help and made me feel even worse about getting a warranty! Gave me Whirlpool contact info and of course no one can come out and look at it until Tuesday! Today is Thursday... At this point, I'm out of a refrigerator, food and have to face the possibility that I'm going to have to junk a $1000 frig, have to pay to have r

There were not any sales associates in the appliance area. The sales associate in the self check was completely useless. She was totally engrossed with her phone.

Flooring associate Sameria Barnes is the greatest most respectful young lady ever , with such great customer service , I will be visiting again , way to go Home Depot !!!
