American Pest Control

American Pest Control has been a great service to deal with. I have seen no bugs since I started service with them appx 6 years ago. The technicians are very knowledgable and professional. Chris was here today. He was great. They will just show up sometimes, without an appointment. That is a little suprising at times. I would prefer set appointments, but for some reason it never seems to work. I live in a remote area and stay home, so I do not sweat it.

We have a house on Lake Oconee that we use most weekends. Our service technician Russell is great. He is knowledgeable and professional. We leave a hidden key for him and he comes on the service schedule. We have never had to be there which is a great convenience. American Pest Control Greensboro has been our pest control inside and out, regular bugs and termite protection for over 10 years. Even though it is a log cabin no problems ever. First rate. I’ve been with them for over 10 years and now they have one person covering all of the area from Atlanta east along i20. Had to cancel an appointment they gave me 3 days notice on and now it will be two weeks before them can get out here. They used to come monthly and now only once ever 3 months but still charge me the monthly fee. Bad customer service

Ran into an unfortunate situation where a rush job was needed for a termite letter. Emily and the team worked quickly to help find a solution in less than an hour. This was my first time reaching out to American Pest Control, but it will not be the last. They showed amazing care and consideration, and had such a sense of urgency in helping.

No showed 3 times at our house. Never called to say they wouldn’t be there.
