Artisan Custom Closets

While I don't normally engage in writing reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience with Artisan Custom Closets and their sales professional, Susan Kent. Building a new home presents many challenges and decisions but it was a nice for us to be able to streamline our design for the closet designs throughout our home. Susan spent time with us to get to know and understand the utility and functionality we wanted to get out of our closet design and answered all our questions to include feasibility for a given space, costs, and feedback on how these designs would look aesthetically Susan was reliable, was extremely responsive to our questions, and made us feel like we were her most important customer. We worked with Susan Kent, at Artisan Custom Closets, for closet design and finish out during construction of our new home. Susan made the entire process easy, starting with thoughtful design suggestions, following up with alternative suggestions as our needs changed in certain areas, and completing the project with expert installation. We are very happy with the end results throughout the house and highly recommend both Artisan and Susan.

Artisan Closets, and specifically Susan Kent, helped us transform a small closet into a spacious, modern and useful primary closet during a remodel. She worked hard and had great design ideas on how to utilize all areas of our closet including shoe racks, 3 tiered hanging rods and drawer space. She also made our walk-in pantry functional and organized. I highly recommend Artisan Closets and will definitely call on Susan again.
